Location Instructions

  • Gated Communities: Please provide a gate code or ensure the recipient’s name is on the security list for a successful surprise.
  • Hospitals & Hotels: Please provide the room number and the recipient’s name as registered at the front desk.
    Note: Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons due to patient allergies; please verify the facility’s policy before placing your order.
